From Corners Unknown Compilation, Vol. II Now Available

The second volume of the From Corners Unknown compilation series is finally here! After several months of emails and various other forms of correspondence, the 44 tracks comprising this release are ready to be cast into the ether. The genres in this volume include:

• • A. Death, Black, and Sludge Metal
  • B. Noise and Harsh Noise
  • C. Crust
  • D. Ritual Ambient
  • E. Neofolk

Each track contained herein does not necessarily adhere to the strict limitations of the genres listed above. The general genre categories are, more or less, signposts to inform you of what you can generally expect, though there is quite the plethora of variation in each section.

For this volume, we have a digital release on Bandcamp. It is priced at $10 and all proceeds earned are being forwarded to the Cascades Raptor Center in Eugene, Oregon—a wildlife rehabilitation center dedicated to aiding birds of prey in the Pacific Northwest. In six months time (10/05/2019), the compilation’s price will be changed to “name your price”.

We sincerely thank each artist who has spent their time producing an exclusive track for this compilation, contributing an unreleased demo or sending along an already existing track off of a previous release.
